Description
It is a bleaching product for hair,
with a progressive lighting power of up to 8 tones.
Use: In a non-metallic bowl, mix the bleaching powder with the protective oxidizing emulsion at 20-30-40 volumes. The mixing ratio can vary from a minimum of 1:1 to a maximum of 1:2, depending on the technique used and the desired result.
Apply the mix to natural or colored hair.
